You've been led to believe that just posting consistently and spamming cold DMs is the only way to grow your business, and you're still going round in circles.
Join the founding intake: £247If you couldn't answer all three, this is for you.
And it's not because you're not working hard enough. I've seen behind the curtain of hundreds of coaching businesses and most of the big mentorships. The coaches who stay stuck aren't missing effort or tactics. They're missing the foundations nobody sold them.
That's exactly what The Launch Plan fixes.
The Launch Plan is a 6-week programme that takes you from winging it every day to finally having a clear structure and direction on how to get leads and clients into your business.
So what actually happens over the six weeks?
Who you work with, the problem you solve, and the promise you make.
You leave with: your ideal client, their core problem and your promise, in their words, so you can stop having conversations with anybody and start attracting the people you actually want to work with.
What makes you different, and turning how you work into a real process.
You leave with: your client journey and roadmap, plus your own way of supporting clients, so you can finally answer "why you?" without sounding like every other coach.
Building your offer against 11 criteria.
You leave with: your finished offer doc, so you can say what you sell in one sentence and know it's something people want to buy.
How to find and track your warm leads, how to reach out to them, and your short, medium and long-term lead gen tactics.
You leave with: a lead tracker full of warm names and a lead gen plan, so you can stop posting and praying and know where your next clients are coming from.
Buyer psychology, and how to use it to map out your launch.
You leave with: a launch plan with dates and content mapped out, so you can walk into January with a plan instead of going round in circles again.
By the end, you'll know who you help, why they'd pick you, what you're selling, who you're selling it to, and exactly when and how you'll launch it.
I'm Troy. Over the last five years, as Head of Business Performance, I've worked with 500+ online coaches, and now I run my own 1:1 mentorship, The Growth Room.
I've also built a business from zero three times. The first was in-person PT, fully booked within six months. Then Covid wiped out around 80% of it. I remember the sheer panic and fear: would I ever make my passion work, and how was I going to pay my bills?
I rebuilt it online, and now I've done it again with The Growth Room. So I know that feeling of not knowing where the next client is coming from, and I know what it takes to work out who you help, what you sell and where the clients come from.
I won't promise you a £10k month. What I will give you is the same foundations I build with my 1:1 clients, so you can stop guessing and start January with a plan.
But you might be thinking, does this work in real life?
Gemma is one of my 1:1 clients. We built her programme and her offer from scratch using the same frameworks you'll go through in The Launch Plan.
Then she launched it over three weeks.
By week two she was panicking. A couple of leads and one sign-up. That was by design, because the launch was built to grow. She trusted the process.
By the end she had 33 leads and 7 new clients.
Gemma had 1:1 support. The Launch Plan gives you the same frameworks in a group, at a fraction of the price.
Time commitment: around 3 hours a week, including the call.
BONUS: a 1:1 call with me after week 6 to review your plan before you launch.
This is a group programme, so there's no 1:1 support during the six weeks. That's deliberate. You get the frameworks and the accountability, and you do the work.
Here's what it costs, and why it won't stay this price.
One-off payment. That's about £41 a week.
Next intake: £347
This is the first intake of The Launch Plan, and the only time it'll be this price.
As a founding member, you'll be part of the first group, and your feedback shapes how The Launch Plan runs for everyone after you.
Two clients through the door covers the cost. And the plan keeps working long after January.
Join the founding intake: £247Most programmes give you hours of videos and leave you to it. This is six live calls, one clear outcome each week, and action steps you complete before the next call. You'll get the foundations most mentorships skip.
You don't need it. Expect around 3 hours a week, including the call. The modules are there if you want to go deeper, but the live call and the action steps are the core.
Every call is recorded and goes up in Skool, so you can catch up and ask questions in the community.
No. If you're unclear on who you help, what you sell and how you'll launch it, this gives you the foundations before you build anything else.
I won't promise you a number. What you'll have is a clear client, a clear offer and a launch plan ready for January. What you get out of it depends on you doing the work.
Not during the six weeks, as this is a group programme. You get a 1:1 call with me after week 6 to review your plan before launch.
You launch your plan in January. If you want ongoing 1:1 support after that, The Growth Room is the next step, but there's no pressure to join it.
Because you get access to the frameworks and modules straight away, all sales are final.
The timing works in your favour. You finish in December with everything in place, ready to start the new year with clear direction.
It's 2 January. Every other coach is posting "new year, new you" and hoping something sticks.
You open your lead tracker. Your offer is written. Your launch dates are in the calendar. You know exactly who you're talking to and why they'd pick you.
That's the difference between starting January with a plan and starting it with a hope.
Success in January doesn't happen in January. It happens in the six weeks before.
